How cool is this! I just downloaded a 30 day trial of Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 after taking the first class at BATC. I do believe I'll be asking Santa for this for Christmas.

I know I may be crazy but with Thanksgiving so late this year I'm seriously considering to start deocorating for Christmas before Thanksgiving. I already have 3 Christmas parties the first week of December. So call me crazy but this weekend I may be breaking out Santa from my rubbermaid totes.

Thanks to Dana Holman's help I have completed my first digital scrapbook page. Hopefully I'll be better prepared now for our upcoming Adobe class at BATC. This digital stuff should help me to get caught up with my scrapbooking since I haven't done anything for 2years due to school.

We had a great day at Lagoon on Saturday.

Costume or NOT!

We took our girls and my sister's girls to Lagoon yesterday and ran across this lovely she/male. At first we thought maybe they were dressed up for Halloween a bit early but after further investigation I would say it was a pretty poor job of dressing up in drag. The girls were very curious on how he got boobs.

While we were at Powell this cute boy was invovled in a boating accident. As of Friday, KSL reported his body was found. The above link takes you to a family friend's blog that has a picture of him. There are also some You Tube links that shows him singing.

This was a very sobering moment down their at Powell. I'm sure this is every parent's nightmare. I'm so glad he has been found and the family and friends can have some closure.

Lake Powell September 2008

Here are some pics for your viewing pleasure. I was to afraid to post the X-rated ones, just joking ya. This was a great trip aboard the Kohala Kai houseboat. Thanks Jim & Hollie for asking us to go, hopefully we can do it again. I'll never be able to look at the Rainbow Dancer without wishing I was on the Kohaoa Kai.

How will we ever forget running out of gas, Capt'n Hook's hook in the thumb, Alisha catching a fish, whip cream, the late night trips down the slide, that mouse (I'll bet it is still on the freakin' boat), Kurtina's drinks, boat trip to dangling rope, the plastic sandwich bag over Brian's mouth, and last but not least that awesome MEGASTATION!!! I'm sure there are more memories but that's all I have time to think of right now.

I can't wait to get together and finish of the drinks and exchanges photos with everyone.

Our New Home

Maizy Graduates Pre-School

She did it, she is moving on up to kindergarden. She doesn't know who her teacher is yet, hopefully her teacher doesn't know who she is.
